For Adults

Reader's Group meeting: 1st Wednesday each month, 10:00 A.M. at the library. Books stacked in the background.

This is a monthly book club, with a lively discussion, for adults! We read both fiction and nonfiction titles recommended by the group members.

So whether you’re an avid reader or just looking to start a new reading adventure, our book club is the perfect place to connect with fellow book lovers. Pick up the next title at the checkout desk or download the eBook (when available).

"After Hours Book Club" meets 1st Monday each month, 6 p.m. at The Grill on Market Street, Colchester. Flowers, books, and coffee on image.

Where books spark bold conversations—and nothing is off-limits.

This isn't your grandma’s book club (unless she’s a badass lit critic).
It’s for the curious, the passionate, the ones who dog-ear pages and scribble in the margins. The ones who finish a book and need to talk about it.

After Hours book club is a friendly and informal group. New participants are always welcome! The group reads current literary fiction.

This months book is Yellow Wife by Sadeqa Johnson.
